Altum’s

Altum’s horticultural center focuses on their customers through charming landscape designs and beautiful gardens. Altum’s expansive horticultural headquarters reflect their unique charm and attention to their customer’s needs.

We’ve been working with Altum’s for several years. It all began with evolving their logo and creating collateral to match. From there, we designed newsletters, postcards and eventually a brand-spankin’ new website.

Most recently, we’ve been working to further build the relationship Altum’s has with its customers. To do this, we simply asked their customers to tell us more about themselves and their gardening habits by inviting them to a personalized web page; GrowsByGardening.com. So now, the postcards, newsletters and emails are personalized with content and images specific to the customer’s interests.

After finding out more about the Altum’s customer, we grouped them into 6 different gardener types. Knowing their garden personality means answers, ideas and special offers designed just for their customers. And to boot, we created in-store signage that connects the gardener types to plants and products making their experience seamless.
